Cannot find application

My mom is a contract client of MTN. She app**** for another contract on 01st August 2019, after application it was approved. The consultant told her she will receive an SMS in 30 minutes with the vetting outcome. Since then, she called everyday and these are the excuses she got 1. There is no application 2. There is application but its incomplete 3. Our vetting system is down

A friend even contacted the Facebook page....to which they also advised their systems are offline. Today is the 12th day and nobody seems to know what is happening. The contract hasn't even started and I'm running from pillar to post.....what will happen after the contract comes into effect?

This is utter BS that one has to go through all this for a simple contract. Can someone please assist
