Cannot exchange airtime for data

I cannot exchange airtime for data. I have over R200 airtime, but when I try to exchange it for data (even just for R15) I am told "Oops, it looks like you don't have enough to buy this bundle." Please fix this

Thank you for your post.

Please note you have an inclusive airtime value of R201.55. You cannot purchase a bundle using the inclusive airtime. It is for making calls, sending sms, and connecting to data sessions.
