Cannot download emails using a thirdparty browser
<p>I could not download my emails at midnight Wednesday using Outlook Express as the security check with my username and password failed. I have a 2gb midnight data bundle which i could not use. Please add this bundle to my daytime usage if emails are not able to be accessed at midnight.</p>

Please note that an escalation has been sent to our Billing Operation Division to advise if swap can be done from night to day and to check why e-mail could not be accessed. A request or callback will be done to advise on issue to resolve the matter.
