Cannot do a swim swap with MTN

<p>I have an MTN contract which has lapsed its 24 months last year. The sim card got locked and unusable, I have benn to MTN in Lambton & Golden Walk , but their service agents cannot access the account. It now almost a week without a working sim card</p> <p> </p> <p>No one can provide reasons behind this act my MTN nor can the service agent sort it out.
