Cannot data share

I have called your office so many times i cannot share data ever since my upgrade on the 9th of dec 2020...i have been given the run around and im very frustrated with you guys... I want a refund for all the money inhave now spent to Buy data for My other contract numbers pls contact me to. Resolve this ***
