Cannot contact MTN rententions to cancel contract

<p>I have been trying to cancel a contract with MTN for over a month due to not being able to get through to their retentions department. The customer service is an embarrassment. They continually redirect me to the retentions department dispite me stating that they are impossible to get through to. I have not recieved replies to e-mails either.</p>
