Cannot connect to a Human Being
I need information about my data contracts, but when I phone customer service, I must provide an MTN account or phone number which I do not have. Then the call is ended with no option to talk to a human.<br> <br> PLEASE CALL ME ON MY VODACOM NUMBER, SERIOUSLY!
