Cannot cancel contract

Bathong!! So MTN cannot cancel contracts in branch but can do upgrades??? It cannot do cancellation over the email but you can upgrade online? ***??? So cancellations can only be done through dialing 135 and the retention department does not answer! How PATHETIC!!!!!!!!

It's funny how they are very quick to pick up and assist you for UPGRADES but not for CANCELLATION!!
