Cannot cancel contract after end date

0 stars to be exact. Me and my husband have been trying to cancel a contract that was finished more than a year now. No response when you call. Taken from pillar to post if you want to dispute the payment. This is ***** at its best. Will never ever recommend them to anyone. If they can do this to people who pay on time every month since contract start date. Mxm.
