Cannot Cancel Contract

I took out a WiFi contract with MTN. I cancelled the contract on the 21st of July. MTN Norwood told me it would take 1 month to process.

I have now paid for July, August, September, October and November. This is pathetic service. Am I going to have to pay MTN for the rest of my life because they can not cancel my contract?
