Cannot buy bundles on mtn app!

Cannot purchase sms bundles. I called mtn twice and none of the consultants can help me. They say its done but when I restart my phone again ..my bundle isnt there and it doesnt recharge on the app either. Frustrated long standing client. Maybe time to mive from mtn!
