Cannot buy a phone from MTN

Hi MTN,

I app**** on Monday at Clearwater shop for a new contract. I have been a MTN client for over a decade and have never not been with you since I had a phone from high school however this new contract is making we wish I was not with you ever!!

It’s been over 4 days now hours since I app**** and nothing from you. I cannot understand. These days I can get a personal loan approval within hours I can get Home loan approval within subject to value within 4 hours.

Waiting to see how long it takes to get a phone from MTN.
