Cannot block ****** phone

I have been battling for the past three days to get hold of MTN Legal department to block my ****** cellphone. I cant get ITC Number. Therefore I cant give it to the insurance and complete the claim process<br> I called. *** (does not connect at all) ***( no answer) ***(does not connect at all) <br> <br> I left a request with the 808 Call Centre on Monday. Was advised that Legal takes 3 days to respond to emails and return calls. I am on day 4 NO RESPONSE! <br> <br> Where does this leave the claim period? How do I replace my phone? If the insurance declines my claim due to time lapse will MTN give me a phone?
