cancelling with MTN far from easy

came in to an MTN store to cancel a contract. Consultant is fine but must go through MTN system to reach cancellations department. We have been hanging on the line listening to dippy music for 35 minutes. MTN - take a hint! This level of customer service is just plain arrogance.
