Cancelling of Insurance Not Followed Through

I have requested 3 times (Twice in branch and once via email) that the insurance on my iPhone 6 should be cancelled as I have my own personal insurance on which this is covered. This has been a back and forth exercise amounting to unnecessary frustration and costs. Every time I have requested for it to be cancelled I was assured from the person handling it at the time that another payment will not be deducted for this, however every month is still the same with the insurance fee deducted with my monthly payment.<br> <br> Please attend to this as a matter of urgency. I do not want to end up paying for this again at the end of March.
