Cancelling data subscription

MTN company can you kindly cancel my data subscription please because i lost my sim card i kept calling in without any assistance allv the agent promisinng me that they have cancelled the data I honestly can’t be paying for something that I’m not even using . And also please stop double charging me on my payments
