Cancelling a MTN contract

I’ve had the most unpleasant experience with MTN. I opted to cancel a few contracts with MTN early last year and I also proceeded to settle the outstanding debt and MTN proceeded not to cancel my contracts even after the settlement was received. A year later (March2025), they went a debited an amount off my account for these contracts. I have spent a full month explaining and providing all the proof that MTN has requested and then they agreed to refund me. They then stipulated that it would take 1-2 working days to refund and guess what, it’s been over a week and nothing!! I then called MTN and they want to provide same information again. I would not recommend you canceling your contract with MTN as it will definitely cost you far more!!!
