Cancelling a contract with MTN is a nightmare

<p>I've lost count of the number of times I have called the MTN customer care line to cancel a contract that ended years ago. Everytime I call I supposedly get transferred to a retention department that never picks up; the call either gets disconnected or I would stay on the line till I get tired of waiting.</p> <p>This is absolutely unacceptable. As if that was not enough I still get billed for this contract every month :)</p> <p>I am tired of your behaviour MTN.</p>
