Cancelled upgrade and the epic unhelpfulness and disinterest of Mtn

I upgraded through one of Mtn’s ‘service providers’ telephonically. They delivered the incorrect device, which I returned on the same day to thw mtn storw in menlyn mall.

5 months have now passed and Mtn representives simply shrug their shoulders and say head office has not cancelled the upgrade.

In the mean time I have to pay for the upgraded device and plan, obviously I have no use of the device since it was never delivered.

Mtn has no interest in correcting the situation and their representatives simply say its a waiting game.
