Cancelled Roamin

Hello.I cancelled my international roaming ,but mtn has still been billing me for the calls ,Even though I had confirmation via email that it was cancelled.Now they handed me over for the account,Everytime I email the account’s department,they say they will get back to me yet no one replies .
