Cancelled my Contract, Why the **** did you debit me?

Am very disappointed in your *********** service, I cancelled my contract on the 31st of October 2025 & 1st November was my last payment for my number: ***. Today i woke up to MTN debiting R1145.29 from my account & what nonsense is this? Here is the Reference No for Back Office: BO *** & going forward i don't think i want to do business with MTN . My wife warned me to remove funds from my account & i wish i could have listened to her cause ***? I need my Money refunded
