Cancelled my cell number without my knowledge
I just contacted MTN Service provider and they have informed me because I did not make chargeable calls for the past 3 months they recycled my number and gave it to somebody else nobody ever phoned me to ask me if that is in order, I had this number for more than 10 years and it was never a problem everybody knows this number and now I must go and get a new number this is unacceptable and I want my number back as it used to be my number for more than 10 years

23 Jan 2018, 15:01This is unacceptable nobody contacted me regarding this change as you claim it is a MTN Policy I had this number longer than 10 years it never used to be a problem now you just decided that my number is not in use let's give it to someone else which I feel is very unfair cannot you guys no think of other ways to do business, I have a big problem with that as all my person information will go now to that number which is confidential and it my privacy that is on sake here, and feel if you guys really wanted my number someone was suppose to inform me, I do not go on internet as to see what is the term and conditions of each and every Company as I have this number for longer than 10 year as mentioned before, now how do I retrieve all my information that the following person will receive this is very bad business and very unprofessional and I am extremely upset with MTN as a provider, Vodacom or Cell C would never have done what you guys have done, I do not care what you do but I want my number back.
