Cancelled Insurance Still Debited

I have sent multiple emails and phoned MTN Insurance many times with regards to insurance that i have cancelled (which was wrongfully added to my contract in the first place) and I'm still being billed for. The only communication I receive is "this matter has been escalated" emails but nothing ever comes of it even when I follow up.

MTN clearly does not care about their customers.
