Cancelled insurance. Put me back on without asking!

<p>I recently cancelled my insurance with MTN after a huge struggle. I upgraded in October andI forst thought that I will just add my new device.I cancelled it because they could not even answer their phones to do that. So after I cancelled my old phone I thought everything was sorted but today I just found out that they added my new device onto the insurance after I told them not to do that. please refer to various emails Cancellation of Insurance- R Janse van Rensburg [# ********** 1] , [# ********** 9] the last one only being answered after more than a month! I mean how can they add me on this service after a month. I chose another company for this reason. I do not wish to be on any insurance from MTN and I am sure as hell not going to pay any premiums for something I specifically told them not to do. Please sort this out and that whole department. It is a mess as after various calls of longer than 40 minutes no answer or you get disconnected.</p>
