Cancelled contracts.
I cancelled both my contracts with mtn in October. To my complete surprise I find that my data bundle has been renewed without my consent. I called mtn on saterday 18th to resolve this. I was told by the consultant that she has logged a call with one of their departments and that it’s there fault. She said that I will get a sms confirming this. So far nothing. The reason I cancelled the contracts is because I needed the funds to add to kids education. I am not happy with this. Please sort this out.

Data allocation was done before the contacts was cancelled.
Both conttracs has been cancelled.
Please be advised the system bill the account in arrears. Allocations in advanced.
Kindly be advised that both contract expired 29-10-2018. Prepaid migration can only take place a day after the contract expires. The billing for October month is from 20-9-2018 to 20-10-2018.
The billing is correct for the October invoices. There was usage on the sim cards as well.
The last debit order will be for R 308.74.
There is no credit or refund due .
