CANCELLED CONTRACT STILL OPEN AND BEING BILLED
Hi <br> <br> To whom this may concern<br> <br> i have requested MTN to cancel my contract on the 20/01/2015.<br> <br> MTN call ***.<br> <br> However my account has been debited for the airtime/data bundle as though it was still on contract on the 26/02/2015<br> <br> I am really sick and tired of MTN and their billing issues.<br> Last year i had 3 contracts on MTN of which 2 i have requested contract terminations and my last one ending in a few months.<br> <br> I will not take out another MTN contract ever!!!!<br> <br> Please do respond as i want my money back- THANK YOU<br> <br> <br>
