Cancelled Contract still being debited

I'm so annoyed, have confirmation that I cancelled my contract yet they still deducted my debit order. Unacceptable and don't think you'll ever get in contact with them cause their service is absolutely **** as well as their communication. Only time they care is when it's time to upgrade. I've never experienced so much frustration
