Cancelled Contract Not Cancelled-Terrible Customer Service

So after the absolutely ****ty service I have received from MTN, my contract is still not cancelled? After speaking to Charles Smith, the Manager of the MTN store in Canal Walk, who advised me that once I send the Hauwei phone back to the store that he would sort out the paperwor and cancel the contract, I still seem to getting billed? Why is that? I sent the phone back and signed the cancellation of the contract, and yet the guy does not have the ***** to assist with the ****ing cancellation? I have emailed him as well as the head office, with no response from them, and yet it seems as though my contract is still on with MTN????? After 2 months of calling the call center (because it seems Charles Smith no longer looks at his emails) I finally find out that the phone was at the store for 2 MONTHS!!!! The agent, Phindile, tells me that there was no record of my cancelling the contract. She then tells me that the phone will be couriered to the warehouse for inspection and once they have it by Tuesday ( I called the week before, Thursday or Friday), they will assist with the cancellation. Guess what? That Tuesday was a month ago. I then call the Call Center AGAIN to be told, AGAIN, that there is no record of my cancellation. I get put through to retention and no answer. So tell me MTN, how the hell are you going to rectify this matter? After 3 months of being billed for a phone that I do not ****ing have, how are you going to help me? Or will you keep ignoring me and charging me for a phone that YOU GUYS HAVE?!?!?!?!?!?! I expect this **** to be sorted by Monday. Don't **** me around anymore. I want my ******* money back and I have all the proof I need (Emails, phone reference numbers).

So it seems as though my first review of MTN was taken lightly by them. As per Alice Van der Merwe, she placed a stop on the Debit Order, and yet money was still taken off my account at MTN. After providing a detailed explanation ofthe inconvenience I have received from MTN for the past THREE MONTHS, and the lack of communication from Charles Smith, the manager of the Canal Walk Branch, Alice Van Der Merwe has advised that they have given my issue back to the SAME MANAGER WHO HAS NOT ASSISTED ME WITH THE CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT THREE MONTHS AGO. So for 3 months I have been charged for a phone that I no longer have in my possession and I still receive the same response, " We will provide you with feedback once we have confirmation of the phone and the contract is cancelled." Baring in mind that I have sent the phone back to the store where it has been for 2 months. After calling the Call Center, Phindile advised me that the phone will be sent to the warehouse. So another month of waiting and once again there is still no cancellation og this contract. The fact that your staff cannot locate the phone should tell you alot about the type of people you have hired.
So this is what will happen MTN:
*By 9:00am tomorrow I expect a call from a manager other than Charles Smith. I expect someone better to do their job please.
*If there is no call by 9:00am, I will be placing another review of MTN. I would like this contract to be sorted by tomorrow. If I do not receive a call and have this issue sorted, I will be taking it further. I'm sure you can understand how disgusted and ****ed off I am by your service.
Pleasse take note that for everyday I am not called and this issue is not sorted, I will be lacing a review on HelloPeter.
Do not post a private reply stating that someone will be contacting me once the phone is found. It has been 3 months MTN.
