Cancelled contract disaster

Worst cellphone company in sa. Earlier in the year I went into one of their shops to cancel 2 of my contracts. The consultant gave me the amount I had to pay which I did and I thought that was it. I didn't receive a bill for that month and naively I thought that because I paid two contracts up they gave me a break. Oh boy how wrong was I. A month later I found out that not only was I in arrears, They also did not cancel the one contract. In the meantime another one of my contracts came due but they refuse to cancel the first contract and this one due to me being in arrears. Even though I've made arrangements to catch up on it. So until I do I'm getting charged for two contracts which should be cancelled and to put the cherry on top they've listed me on the credit bureau as a non payer for supposedly not paying for one month. Absolutely ridiculous. 15 yrs I've been with them and this is how you get treated. Avoid them at all costs. Rather go to one of the other cellphone providers or even better rather save month and pay your phone and go prepaid.
