Cancelled contract but sent to debt collectors
I find it very difficult to understand how I can be billed for an expired contract and sent to debt collectors and put on credit bureau. After I specifically told MTN I am not interested in a new contract and they should cancel the contract and even remove the number as I am no longer using the number. Now I want to open a new account somewhere else and I am told that I cannot because MTN has sent me to credit bureau.
