Cancelled Contract

My name is Astrid Merle Fisher . I am once again on hello peter . I sent in previous reviews about my contract phone i cancelled last year and MTN consultants after a year got back to me saying they had closed my account and reimburse me for money withdrawn from my account .

After much ado i received another call telling me they would put the money back into my account . How long does it take to do that because this is taking way too long . I don't need them to contact me again , they just need to deposit the money owed .
