Cancelled contract

After being sold a contract under the idea that my current plan would be deactivated and that turned out to be a lie, mondo cancelled the new contract but they deducted R1300 for a device that I returned within 5 days after being told to return it to the nearest MTN provider and 1month and 3 weeks later they still haven’t return my money and no one seems to be interested in helping me with this. if you gonna have another company sell devices to your customers the least you can do is hold them accountable MTN, Mondo is a nightmare.
