Cancelled contract

Dear MTN *******, im at witsend dealing with you and im not even suprised by your bullying tactics anymore.

Let me break this down in a language that you will understand.

- After complaining about the dissappearing data for months and you couldn't give me the explanation as to where my data was going to, i then decided to do an early termination of my contract because I was tired of feeding you to sponsor rugby games and whatever nonsense you are sponsoring using my hard earned money.

- A call was picked up by Thembisile Mbatha reference number ***.

- I relayed my story and I was transferred to your retentions department.

- I then requested the amount that I needed to pay in order to terminate my contract and i was given an amount of R994.73

- A call is attached for your indugence to this email incase you have lost it as you always claim when we request the call recordings.

- Now you are sending me an invoice of R1730.10 of the very same service i paid R994.73 for. Why can't you get your house in order and part ways with me without *****ing any of my money?

- Why are you billing me for the number that i specifically requested to be converted to prepaid?

- I'm really tired of your bullying, why can't we part ways and amicably like ive requested because i did pay the amount as requested by your retentions agent?

- I paid that money the very next day because on the call she told me that I have 7 days to pay it off.

- The only invoice im aware of is for the number *** and im done with you where *** is concerned.
