Cancelled contracks?????
I cancelled my contract as i don't need an upgrade. I was assured that my monthly installment would come down. That was a few months ago???? I am to this day still paying full contract rates. I have been into a MTN store where the consultant sent a mail to head office. Oh and they will get back to you within 7 days. Yip you guessed... still nothing. All of us are trying to save a buck here and there so I would like my money back from the last couple of months. AND please can someone from MTN call me!!!
