I app**** for a contract which was approved but less than 5 days after I received the phone I lost my job , I proceeded to go to the MTN store to explain my situation and return the device as it was still not used . They refused to take it and since sent me from pillar to post . They told me the issue would be resolved by their legal department, it is now almost 3 months and they have blocked my number 😔
