CANCELLED CELLPHONE CONTRACT

My contract ended 26 July. 27 July I phoned to cancel the contract as I wanted to go to prepaid. The operator told me about a data contract for ONLY R59.99 which is valid for 3 months thereafter I can cancel it. End of July they deducted R118 as well as R396.99. End of August another R396.99. I phoned being transferred from one department to another. I emailed nothing gets sorted out they don't even try to help or reply. Bad service MTN
