cancelld contract

I cancelled my contract with mtn on 26-06-2015,was then phone by one of the employee's at mtn (Knysna) about a laptob contract,witch i <br> Then accept waiting about 3 weeks, he then phone me to come and pick up my new contract on the 25-07-2015 later that day i saw that it was<br> not the correct laptob,I went back the next morning,but they were close (Mtn) i then took it back on the 27-07-2015 just after 09:00 am ,witch he promise me<br> promise me he will order me the correct one from P.E. after 2 weeks i went back he then told me that they won't get anymore stock in the near future<br> I than cancelled my contract with Mtn.What i dont understand allthough i cancelled my labtop contract they still deduct money from my account.
