Cancellations of contracts

MTN what a **** service from them, I called last month asking them to give me a cancellation fee to cancel my contracts with them was told to pay R11851,51 of which I paid on the 6 July 2023 then today am checking if they have canceled it am told they rejected it after I paid the right amount they requested last month..i have been calling left right and centre and asking them to cancel but they refuse to canceL even after I paid the amount they requested. Would never recommend it to anyone ever in my life I regret the day I took a contract with them.
