Cancellation request

Mtn has been giving me the run around ever since I took up the home router, I went to mtn store as instructed by the agent on 135 to have the address changed(Thapelo), the agent at the store told me to come the next as her system was slow. I did. When I arrived in 9am in Clemount Cape town, the was so rude to me and told to call 135 again. I refused, than the agent at the shop assisted me by saying their is no coverage in my area, when 2 other agents said their is and he took the router. long story short i have no service i keep being passed from pillar to post, and no cancellation. Sad.
