Cancellation Request

I called on the 20th of march to have my line cancelled and was told to call back on the 23rd hence you needed to give a months notice as I no longer require the line. I was provided with a reference number and was informed that retentions will call me back the next day to return my call this has not happened I now have the data loaded and I have no intention of paying for something I requested to stopped in advance hence notes should be left on the account
