Cancellation Quote but NO Cancel!!!

About two months ago (April) I requested a cancellation quote due to my data (10 GIGS)"disappearing" in a week and I did not even use it and that MTN could not explain where it is going. I got a reply about a month ago requesting info for security reasons, That I did reply to but NOTHING!! This is the most disgusting service I have ever experienced in my whole life and will never go back to MTN..they gave me even a reference number - *** but I don't think that means anything! Just let me cancel my contract and go on with my life!! After I went in the welkom branch they could not help as they are always OFFLINE!! I payed my contract not having money in my account due to COVID19 and then they still pulled a debt order off so now the grand total is R420 this month for data that will disappear in a week again. PATHETIC!!!!
