Cancellation please

MTN is debiting me every month for the service that I don't even have 😔 I ordered the route online and didn't work on my place and I returned the route in MTN pavilion store and they advised me to phone for cancellation. If am phoning they a telling me that they will get a worning or fuad if they do cancellation for me I have to go back to the store they will assist me wail in the store they told me they can't cancel it. Cutting the story short MTN IS DEBUTING MY MONEY EVERY MONTH FOR NOTHING EVERY MONTH 😔
