Cancellation of upgrade
Consultants that are unprofessional nd actually think that their are doing us a favour its always a disaster working with mtn anyway I took an upgrade over the phone nd was advised that I can take back the phone within 10 days if am not happy of which I took the phone back the same day I received the phone 12 of April till today am still waiting for the upgrade to be cancelled
