CANCELLATION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION
Good day i really need an assistance i've been calling MTN to two months now regarding cancellation of the substiption on my phone which keeps on taking my airtime. On saturday i called MTN again and there gave me this number to call to cancell subscription ********** and the person that answer the phone he is so rude he keeps on telling me to call MTN and get the provide name of the subscription whem i told him MTN told me its flit net he said MTN dont know what there talking about. I'm using contract and i cant even utilised my phone anymore because this subscription is keeps on taking my airtime. Someone from MTN need to assist me cancelling this subscription.

13 Dec 2017, 08:16good day i called the number serveral times but the guy that answer the phone want things that i cant provide and he keeps on saying i must call MTN for more information when i call MTN there keep on providing same information as before. This guy wanted a source of subscription when i told him if flirtnet and he said i must call MTN to provide more information and im going in circles again and again.
