Cancellation of router

A router was collect from me 2 days after it was delivered, because I was not satisfy with it. That was 14 September 2021. I am still waiting for their respond after numerous e-mails and phone calls. Every time with the same excuse: They are waiting for confirmation from the Ware House even after I send them the collection document with the M777 WR...number. For 12 months I've paid for NOTHING! They can take your money with no conscience, and you dare not cancel the debit order then they are very quick to hand you over to their lawyers. MTN seems to me a very ******* company.
