Cancellation of Policy A***

Good day,<br> <br> I am writing this with disgust due to pathetic service received from MTN Mobile Networks.<br> They sold a contract to me which I gladly accepted on the 09/07/2014 and the amount which was supposed to be<br> debited monthly was about R128.00 the package came with a Nokia ASHA 503 and 2 sim cards.<br> I hardly use the other sim card that ends with 1515 but the number which was often used was ***.<br> <br> I contacted MTN on the 09/07/2015 to Terminate the contract due to excessive funds frequently debited and I spoke to Reitumetse whom was at least professional and went out of her way to assist, she went to confirm with the relevant dept. that how much will the cancellation fee as of that date and I was quoted R1180.76 and she further advised that I should rather call on the date that I will be paying the fee to cancel the contract. So on 21/07/2015 I called & spoke to Matilda whom logged a call with terminations dept. and she called me back today 22/07/2015 to confirm that it is R1069.11 not certain valid until when. I paid R1070.00 22/07/2015 & called if they did receive the funds and spoke to Pratt who confirmed that the contract is still not paid up? I'm not happy @ all<br>
