Cancellation of my contract
I would like to lodge a complain, I did a moderm contract on the 29/04/2015 at the MTN store in menlyn and the consulted Marilyn Barker fail/ did not check whether Mamelodi east in mahube ext 24 does not have LTE coverage. On the 10/05/2015 went to the store to cancel it cause is not working taking forever to open a webpage, I gave back the moderm to Thabile Nxumalo which she assisted to cancel the contract and she contacted the cavorage department and said that my area does not have LTE covarage and up to now the contract is not cancelled and on the 08/07/2015 I called the customer line for assistant spoke to Charon and Marilyn from MTN and she said that the manager Jennifer Shila says I must pay R1952 before the contract is cancelled and I want my refund. I would like this contract cancelled and be refunded.

Kindly note that below Cancellation fees do apply should you need to cancel the contract because your specific needs were not mentioned to the consultant during the application process the modem can there is 3G coverage in your area .You may kindly come and collect your modem from our store as Ayanda has advised you before.
