CANCELLATION OF MTN CONTRACTS

I have been trying to cancel my two mtn contracts. It's been two months now since I asked for quotation, but nobody bothers to respond to my e-mails. whenever i try to call 135 to speak to a consultant, it says i have made a wrong selection. How does one cancel an mtn contract as it seems like it's practically not possible to cancel one
