CANCELLATION OF MTN CONTRACT A NIGHTMARE

MTN wont cancel my cellphone contracts despite sending multiple emails over 2 months, can anyone please refer me to an organisation that can help with this matter.

Despite having been paying for the contracts the sim cards have been blocked, i was never notified and i just noticed that on my arrival today from another country, this is unacceptable. How do i make a call to the service & retentions number without network access?

I am frustrated out of my mind please help.

I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH MTN and i believe they should be held accountable for their actions because they are unfair.
