Cancellation of MTN Contract

I have been trying to cancel my husband's contract with MTN but to no avail. I sent an email on 19 September, but have not received an answer to date. I have phoned ********** , but every time I get told I ma going through to cancellations, I get music and hang up after holding on for 15 minutes (my limit for holding on). PLEASE can someone assist me with getting this contract cancelled?
